After moving from Melbourne to Austin to pursue her love for Texas barbecue, Jess Pryles became a social media celebrity for her charming Aussie wit and expert meat cooking tips. Pryles is now Texas' go-to for all things meat — judging multiple cooking shows, speaking at conventions, developing and selling her own seasonings and supplies, and, most recently, hosting her own show on the Outdoor Channel.
